The concept of "dark vs light" is as old as time itself. It is true in the context of actual light and it is true metaphorically with regards to society and the world we live in. Whichever interpretation of "dark vs light" means more to you will work with this show. This show starts with the dark haunting melodies of Beethoven’s seventh symphony and transitions to the lush beautiful melodies of Edward Elgar’s Enigma Variations. The show closes with the modern cinematic sounds of “Coronation” from the film Stardust. As the title of this show suggests, the musical arch of the show starts in darkness but slowly shifts into light which creates great visual possibilities.
