It’s not hard to reach a place where we feel tired, defeated and broken down. Rise up, is the perfect show to tell the story about overcoming. It’s the perfect opportunity to show the power of friendship and unity in helping friends persevere through difficult times. Andra Day’s “Rise Up” is the anthem that inspires this show but the song is in good company with works by John Adams and Samuel Barber as well. We know it’s been a rough season of life for a lot of people. Hopefully this show can inspire your audience to Rise Up and overcome whatever battles they are fighting.
