His music is frequently noted as fresh and exciting and in 2013, one of his arrangements was recognized by Rolling Stone Magazine as a "Mind-Blowing Cover". Maintaining a diverse musical palette outside of the marching arts has always been important to Jeff. In 2016 he received the bronze medal in the Seattle Composers Alliance international call for scores with his string quartet, "Whitewater". In 2016 and 2019 he was the recipient of the "Best Score" award in the Seattle 48 Hour Horror Film Festival for his original scores, "Wild Roses" and "The Recursive Haunting of Abel Street". He continues to compose original scores for films and various projects in Seattle, Washington.

The music of their new work debuted at The Green Room 42 in New York City on October 26, 2019 and headlined the New York Theater Barn's New Works Series on December 2, 2019. After covid-19 stalled the project in many ways, the show has since picked up momentum being a top 20 pick for the 2021 NAMT festival, and participating in two one week residencies in New York City in 2021 and Fire Island, New York in 2022. In August of 2018, Jeff served as a music assistant to a new musical called, "Once Upon a Rhyme” shortly before it was produced at New York University.

To date, Jeff has composed and arranged over 150 new marching band shows and has received national recognition as a prominent and emerging marching arts designer. His shows have competed at all levels of BOA, USBands, Tournament of Bands, Cavalcade of Bands and Texas UIL. Alice Koreski - Production and Administrative Assistant

Alice began performing in the marching arts her junior year of high school in 2017. She was a die hard choir kid, but watching her sister perform in the West Valley High School 2016 show “It’s Only A Matter Of Time” (which Jeff Chambers composed) inspired her to look into where she could be involved. After a not-so-great color guard practice, she decided to stick to electronics and synth since she wasn’t in a band class and had a background in piano. After two years in a successful marching program, Alice had gained a lot of knowledge about sound production from Tim Mitchell, her tech at the time, and worked as West Valley’s audio caption head from 2019 until 2023.

Missing the performance aspect of marching band, Tim suggested Alice looked into auditioning for her local drum corps. She was contracted for the 2020 season at the Columbians Drum and Bugle Corps on synthesizer. Sadly, the season was cancelled, but she continued to look for opportunities to march. Alice ended up marching with the Columbians in 2022 and went on to march indoor with IMPACT Percussion in 2022, 2023 (taking second place in WGI PIO), and aging out with them in 2024.

In Fall 2021, Alice was coming back to West Valley to work for the marching band and starting in August, began working for Jeff Chambers Music on miscellaneous tasks. She currently handles engraving of show music for new commissions and edits and works to keep files tidy in Dropbox. Getting more involved in the marching community, Alice decided to take a pause on school for the time being to pursue further opportunities and work full time for JCM.

Alice is originally from the desert of Yakima, Washington, but moved in 2023 to rainy Beaverton, Oregon to live with her boyfriend!
